1. Service Overview

SoulFit offers:

  • One-on-One Personal Training

  • Online Personal Training

  • Female Personal Training

  • Group Classes (Yoga, Zumba, etc.)

  • Specialized Programs (Kickboxing, MMA, Senior Fitness, etc.)

All services are delivered by certified personal trainers in Dubai.

2. User Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent

  • Provide accurate and current information during registration or booking

  • Not misuse the website or services in violation of UAE laws or platform terms

3. Booking & Payments

  • All sessions must be pre-booked and prepaid through our approved channels

  • Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings are honored at the time of purchase

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Sessions canceled at least 24 hours in advance can be rescheduled

  • No refunds are issued for missed sessions without prior notice

  • Online programs and digital materials are non-refundable

5. Health & Liability Waiver

By participating in any training session (in-person or online), you acknowledge:

  • You are physically fit and have consulted a doctor if necessary

  • SoulFit and its trainers are not liable for injuries sustained during training

  • You take full responsibility for your health and actions while using our services

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, including images, videos, text, logos, and program materials, are the intellectual property of SoulFit Personal Training and may not be copied or used without permission.

7. Privacy & Data Usage

We value your privacy. All personal data collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and UAE’s data protection laws. We do not share or sell your data to third parties without consent.

8. Online Training Use

If you are using our Online Personal Training Services, you agree to:

  • Have stable internet and access to video/audio devices

  • Not record or share training sessions without prior approval

  • Ensure your training space is safe and injury-free

9. Promotional Use

By using our services, you grant SoulFit the right to use non-identifiable photos or testimonials for marketing unless you opt-out in writing.

10. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your login or session access with others

  • Engage in illegal or abusive behavior with trainers or staff

  • Attempt to hack or damage our website or digital platforms

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be handled in Dubai’s competent courts.
